2. What this website does not use
This website is designed as a simple corporate information service. It does not use:
- web analytics or behavioural measurement tools;
- advertising, retargeting, or profiling technologies;
- social-media tracking plugins;
- marketing or analytics cookies;
- contact forms, user accounts, newsletters, or automated marketing.

3. Technical information
When you open any website, your browser must transmit limited technical information so that the server can deliver the requested page. Our hosting provider may temporarily record information such as your IP address, request date and time, requested resource, browser information, response status, and security events.
We process this information only where necessary to provide the website, maintain its availability, diagnose technical problems, and protect it against misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
4. Email communication
The website provides a direct email link rather than a contact form. If you choose to email us, we will process the information you include in your message, such as your name, email address, company information, and project details.
We use this information to respond to your request, take steps at your request before entering into a contract, manage business correspondence, and protect or establish legal claims. Depending on the context, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Recipients and service providers
Personal data may be processed by providers that support our hosting, email, IT security, and professional business operations. They may process data only for the relevant service and under appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards required by data-protection law.
6. How long information is kept
- Routine server logs are normally retained for no longer than 30 days, unless a security incident requires longer investigation.
- General enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact.
- Information connected with a contract, accounting obligation, dispute, or legal claim may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
You may exercise these rights by contacting contact@intec-sfera.com. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland. Further information is available at uodo.gov.pl.
8. Links to other websites
This website may link to external websites. Their operators are independently responsible for their content and privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their privacy information before providing personal data.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice if the website, our service providers, or applicable legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
